Previous meetings have convened more than 300 participants from across the subcontinent, fostering meaningful exchange across scientific, clinical, and community domains.<br \/><br \/>At a pivotal moment for the field\u2014marked by increasing momentum toward disease-modifying therapies\u2014this year\u2019s conference will also honor the life and legacy of Professor Francisco Lopera (RIP), physician, scientist, and humanist, and founder of the Neurosciences Group of Antioquia (GNA), whose contributions have been foundational to neurological research and patient care in Colombia and
