As principais comunidades da Venezuela com esfor\u00e7os ativos do Fator-H est\u00e3o em Caracas, e nas comunidades Zulia do Bairro San Luis (Maracaibo) e em Barranquitas. A Factor-H, junto com m\u00e9dicos venezuelanos e representantes de associa\u00e7\u00f5es de pacientes, visitou as comunidades de Zulia em mar\u00e7o de 2013. Durante esta viagem, entregamos alimentos e ajuda a muitas fam\u00edlias afetadas e definimos as principais \u00e1reas de necessidade para essas comunidades. Tamb\u00e9m nos reunimos com os m\u00e9dicos locais do Hospital Universit\u00e1rio de Maracaibo e do Hospital Barrio San Luis, e ouvimos suas necessidades.
