The city of Medellín hosted Cuidarme, Cuidarte, a gathering that brought together social organizations, health institutions, community groups, and families to share experiences and knowledge about care, prevention, and health promotion. This space seeks to strengthen a culture of self-care and mutual care, highlighting the importance of solidarity and collective action in facing the health challenges many communities experience.

At this important event, Factor-H participated with an informational stand, where visitors learned more about the foundation’s mission, programs, and initiatives in support of communities affected by Huntington’s disease.

The stand became a place for dialogue and connection with visitors, health professionals, social organizations, and families, who had the opportunity to see firsthand the work Factor-H carries out to promote inclusion, psychosocial support, and the restitution of rights.

Factor-H’s presence at Cuidarme, Cuidarte reflects its commitment to sharing clear, accessible information and building collaborative networks that contribute to the well-being of the most vulnerable communities.

Through initiatives like this, Factor-H reaffirms its purpose of raising awareness, strengthening resilience, and promoting a more empathetic and supportive society in the face of the challenges posed by Huntington’s disease and other conditions that impact families in Colombia and around the world.
